Kinstellar contributes to Transparency International’s Exporting Corruption report

August 2013 - Kinstellar recently reviewed the Slovakia, Czech Republic and Turkey chapters of Transparency International’s Exporting Corruption. Progress Report 2013: Assessing Enforcement of the OECD Convention on Combating Foreign Bribery.

The scope of work included consideration of the reasonability of facts and statements, verification of sources, ensuring accuracy of national anti-corruption legislation references and reviewing for libellous and/or challengeable content under local legislation.

The pro bono mandate, arranged through TrustLaw Connect, a Thomson Reuters Foundation clearinghouse, was performed by Adam Hodoň, Jitka Logesová, Onur Taktak, Nilay Goker, Esra Cicekci and Karel Svoboda.
