October 2019 – Kinstellar has successfully advised South Korean institutional investor managed by Roebuck Asset Management in relation to the acquisition of the 125,000m² purpose-built modern facility let to Amazon with BREEAM Excellent rating. The asset is located in the immediate vicinity of Václav Havel International Airport in Prague, offering excellent transport links both into the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries. The logistics centre in Dobrovíz is the largest detached industrial building built in the Czech Republic in recent years and is part of Amazon's European distribution network. The acquisition is one of the largest Czech real estate transactions of 2019 and first acquisition of South Korean investors into logistic sector in the Czech Republic.
