January 2020 – Kinstellar advised Youplus Insurance International AG and myLife Lebensversicherung AG, members of SWISS INSUREVOLUTION PARTNERS insurance group, on the acquisition of the Czech and Slovak life and non-life insurance contract portfolios from Basler Sachversicherungs-AG and Basler Lebensversicherungs-AG. The transaction was subject to approval by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
SWISS INSUREVOLUTION PARTNERS entered the Czech and Slovak insurance markets in 2019 with innovative life insurance solutions under the brand YOUPLUS.
