Andrei Balus is a Senior Associate in the Bucharest office. He focuses on M&A and corporate governance matters.

Andrei's experience includes handling various M&A transactions, corporate governance matters, due diligence exercises, as well as a wide range of day-to-day legal issues, regulatory compliance and corporate establishment matters for clients active across a varied spectrum of business sectors including IT, food and beverages, health and fitness, financial institutions and insurance.

His expertise also includes providing advice in connection with multiple cross-border financing and refinancing projects from both the lender and borrower side, specific anti-money laundering and compliance issues, insurance and insurance distribution matters, as well as matters involving consumer protection.
