Alexandra Cseri is a Senior Associate in the Budapest office and a member of the Corporate and M&A service line. She focuses on both domestic and cross‑border transactions as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Her main areas of expertise include advising clients in the renewable energy and defence & security sectors. Her work involves assisting with acquisitions, divestments and joint venture structures. In addition, Alexandra has extensive experience in coordinating due diligence processes and managing a broad range of day‑to‑day corporate governance and compliance matters.
