Debora Dineva is an Associate in the Sofia office. She focuses on IP&T, data protection, competition, energy & natural resources law, as well as on regulatory and litigation matters.

Debora advises international and local clients on complex regulatory and compliance issues, including on due diligence processes and M&A transactions. She provides full scope of legal services to clients in the TMT sector, including advice on personal data protection and IP rights. She also has experience in licensing procedures in the energy sector. In addition, Debora has a background in dispute resolution, including commercial arbitration.
