Jelisaveta Folić is an Associate in the Belgrade office. She is a member of the M&A, Corporate & Private Equity service line.

Jelisaveta specialises in mergers and acquisitions and focuses on strategic advice to shareholders in private companies, as well as acquisition structuring and post-M&A integrations. She also advises clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as local companies in the area of corporate housekeeping.

Jelisaveta also helps major borrowers, investment funds and international financial institutions. She has significant experience in market operations, financial derivatives trading, payment services and insurance and financial leasing issues.
