Jakov Hadžija is a Senior Associate in the Zagreb office. He focuses on technology matters, dispute resolution, data protection, and corporate and commercial law.

Jakov advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, with a particular emphasis on technology‑driven projects and regulatory issues related to data protection and cybersecurity. His experience includes advising clients in the interactive entertainment and gaming sector.

He also represents clients in dispute resolution proceedings and regularly provides advice on intellectual property, telecommunications, and consumer and retail matters. In addition, Jakov supports clients in navigating complex legal and compliance frameworks, including day‑to‑day business operations and contractual matters.
