Hrvoje Klišanić is a Senior Associate in the Zagreb office. He focuses on dispute resolution, commercial and company law, TMT and infrastructure projects.

Hrvoje has particular expertise in dispute resolution and represents clients in commercial litigations with emphasis on agency and distribution agreements, administrative procedures and misdemeanour procedures. He advises clients on high-profile constitutional lawsuits mainly regarding the return of the property unlawfully confiscated during and after the WW2. With an interest in intellectual property law, Hrvoje also assists clients with IP protection strategies, the enforcement of IP rights and with transactions concerning intellectual property rights.

He often participates in various due diligence proceedings and regularly works as a team member on M&A transactions. Hrvoje has contributed to various European projects as a national expert. His experience also includes assistance on competition, as well as banking and financing matters. With an interest in intellectual property law, he also assists clients with IP protection and enforcement strategies.
