Dáša Labašová is a Managing Associate in the Bratislava office. She focuses on M&A, real estate, banking and finance and corporate law. She also advises on a wide range of mandates in the area of insurance law, labour law, regulatory and compliance, as well as data privacy and corporate law.

Dáša has more than six years of experience in advising clients in the automotive, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, media and technology, real estate and construction, logistics, and energy sectors, both on corporate governance matters and on complex projects involving corporate reorganisations or mergers and acquisitions. She also has significant experience in project financing.

Dáša has advised on many M&A transactions involving acquisition of real estate portfolios. She has also gained broad experience in corporate governance and other corporate day-to-day operations. She has assisted clients in drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various agreements, such as lease agreements for office premises, service contracts.

Moreover, she has advised numerous clients in relation to employment issues, including drafting employment contracts, internal labour directives, and other labour issues.

  • ALLIED IRISH BANKS on Slovak law aspects of financing provided to HWM group for the acquisition of the business and assets of the Slovak subsidiary of the software company Koger Inc.
  • OTP BANK, a Hungary-based regional financial group, on all aspects of the sale of its 99.44% shares in its Slovak operations to the Belgian KBC Group
