Diana Malysh is an Associate in the Kyiv office. She focuses on real estate & construction matters, as well as infrastructure and energy sectors.

Diana has gained extensive experience in real estate & construction, including real estate due diligence; lease, acquisition and construction agreements; public procurement and tender procedures; negotiations with land owners, state and local authorities; construction regulatory matters.

Diana also assists clients across the full spectrum of regulatory and commercial matters in energy renewables and oil & gas sectors.
