Mina Milaković is an Associate in the Belgrade office, focusing on dispute resolution. She represents clients before courts and other competent authorities in litigation, enforcement, insolvency, and reorganisation proceedings.

Before joining the firm, Mina worked at the Commercial Court in Belgrade, where she gained valuable insight into court practice and procedural dynamics. This experience has significantly shaped her approach to litigation and strengthened her development as a practitioner.

Mina advises on a wide range of disputes, including those involving construction, real estate, and debt recovery. She also has experience in proceedings conducted under the rules of major international arbitral institutions, as well as under various ad hoc mechanisms. Her arbitration experience includes cases under UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, and other prominent institutional rules.

Alongside her litigation work, Mina is also qualified in tax law and advises clients on a broad range of tax matters.
