Lukáš A. Mrázik is a Managing Associate in the Bratislava office, the co-head of the firm-wide TMT sector and of the Data & Cybersecurity service line. He focuses on the Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Life Sciences & Healthcare sectors, with particular expertise in data protection, intellectual property and corporate matters.

His recent engagements include providing comprehensive advice in relation to global data protection compliance, on-going support in privacy programmes, conducting risk assessments (including DPIA or transfer impact assessments), data processing agreement negotiations, support in data breach response as well as developing internal documentation and compliance tools (policies/procedures).
