Viliam Myšička is the Managing Partner of the Bratislava office, the head of the firm-wide Restructuring & Insolvency service line and the co-head of the firm-wide Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector.

Viliam focuses on M&A and corporate, TMT, real estate and restructuring & insolvency.

Corporate and M&A

  • SIEMENS MOBILITY, part of the Siemens multinational conglomerate and a leader in transport solutions on the acquisition of the Slovak company HMH, a leading regional producer and innovator of railway security solutions
  • GLP, a leading global investment manager in logistics, real estate, infrastructure, finance and related technologies, on an agreement to acquire Goodman Group’s Central and Eastern Europe logistics portfolio
  • AIP ASSET MANAGEMENT, a Seoul-based asset manager, and London real estate investment manager THE VALESCO GROUP on the EUR 125 million acquisition of the newly developed landmark Twin City Tower in Bratislava from HB Reavis
  • STADA ARZNEIMITTEL, an international pharmaceutical company, on the acquisition of Walmark, a leading manufacturer of consumer health products in Central Europe, from Mid Europa Partners

  • WOOD & COMPANY, the leading investment company in Emerging Europe, in relation to the successful completion and buyout of the existing joint venture, created with the reputable development company Immocap, leading to the construction of an office building "Lakeside Office 2", the second phase of Lakeside Park complex development in Bratislava
  • VYDRICA DEVELOPMENT on the preparation and negotiation of lease agreements for the tenants in the Vydrica project – a mix of residential, office and retail premises located in the historically significant part of Bratislava's Old Town right under the castle hill
  • EUROPEAN CITY ESTATES on the proposed acquisition of the company BCT 3 from PENTA for the purpose of future development on an office building

  • JVC KENWOOD CORPORATION on the acquisition of a share in the Slovak technology company Streamstar

Restructuring & insolvency

  • A MULTINATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CONGLOMERATE as one of the biggest non-banking creditors in a high-profile restructuring case in Slovakia – the restructuring of a popular regional fashion and accessories retailer
  • UNICREDIT BANK as the biggest creditor in the attempted restructuring/collection case of one of its large debtors, the pharmaceutical distribution company Pharmos 
  • GEBA CABLES, a leading manufacturer of wires and premium-quality cables, on a distressed situation of its Slovak manufacturing company of more than 200 employees caused by disruption of supply chain - force majeure
  • DAN SLOVAKIA – AGRAR on the acquisition of several small farms in Slovakia within a distressed sale organised by UniCredit and Danish Export Bank
  • BE GROUP, a leading Swedish trading and service company in steel, stainless steel and aluminium active in the Nordic region with operations in Central and Eastern Europe, on complex assistance with insolvency proceedings of its Slovak subsidiary
  • E.ON on the restructuring of its operations in Slovakia, as part of E.ON’s group level reorganisation strategy
