Máté has more than 20 years of professional experience advising on banking and finance, project and infrastructure finance, restructuring and insolvency, as well as corporate and real estate finance transactions. He has extensive experience representing both domestic and international lenders and borrowers across all forms of debt financing, including sovereign and secured borrowings.

Máté also regularly advises clients on domestic and cross‑border restructuring matters, guiding them through complex situations involving financially distressed companies. In addition, he has been involved in significant international capital markets transactions.

• ERSTE and RAIFFEISEN on the financing of the development of Agora Tower and Agora Hub office buildings developed by HB Reavis, which are parts of the 136,000 sqm Agora Budapest office complex, including drafting finance documents and performing a due diligence
