Sara Ostojić is a Senior Associate in the Belgrade office. She advises local and international clients on both local and cross-border M&A transactions, and represents the core of the local Energy & Natural Resources team.

Sara has more than nine years of experience advising on corporate, commercial and M&A matters, which allows her to play a significant role in some of the largest M&A projects in the region and regularly provide advisory services on joint-venture structuring, spin-offs and corporate restructuring, squeeze-outs, corporate governance, and general corporate issues.

She specializes in renewable and clean energy project development, energy regulatory matters and energy contracting. She has also advises on significant energy and resources M&A transactions, and unincorporated and incorporated joint venture and shareholder arrangements.

Sara also represents clients before governmental authorities, including, but not limited to, the Serbian Business Registers Agency and the Serbian Development Agency.
