Matea Sekur is a Managing Associate in the Zagreb office. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate, M&A, and life sciences and pharmaceutical regulatory matters. She advises clients on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development projects, and asset management.

Her M&A experience encompasses all aspects of the transaction process, including transaction execution, legal due diligence, deal structuring, and the drafting and negotiation of key transaction documents.

In the life sciences and pharmaceutical sector, Matea advises multinational manufacturers of medical products and devices, distributors, and consumer health companies on regulatory, corporate, advertising, and market access matters.

She is recognized for her practical, business-oriented approach, strong transaction management skills, and ability to efficiently coordinate complex workstreams, combining legal precision with a clear understanding of her clients’ commercial objectives.
