Iryna Shaposhnikova is a Senior Associate in the Kyiv office. She focuses on labour law, employment matters, relations with trade unions, immigration and other regulatory issues.

Iryna provides support to international and domestic clients in a wide range of employment matters. She advises on personnel planning, employment aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions, termination of employment contracts, workforce restructuring, employment policies, reservation from mobilisation, military law, and other employment related issues.
