Benedikt Sprinzl is a Partner in the Vienna office and a member of the Employment & Labour Law service line.

Benedikt advises national and international clients on the entire spectrum of individual and collective labour law issues, including management and employee incentive schemes. His work includes advising on all aspects of employment contracts, managing individual as well as large-scale termination processes, and navigating negotiations with works councils.

He has significant experience in the employment and pensions-related aspects of complex M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, including carve-outs, and he supports clients in internal investigations, compliance-driven employment matters and the design of company pension schemes. Benedikt also regularly represents clients in employment litigation.
