Mina Srećković is a Managing Associate and the Head of the M&A, Corporate and Private Equity service line in the Belgrade office.

With more than eleven years of experience, Mina’s expertise is divided between M&A, Corporate and Private Equity and Banking, Finance and Capital Markets service lines.

As a seasoned practitioner, she provides expert counsel to a broad spectrum of domestic and international clients, offering guidance on a range of legal matters spanning contract law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and corporate restructuring.

Mina’s specialization in banking & finance law has afforded a unique insight into the intricacies of the financial sector from both a transactional and regulatory perspective, commanding a deep understanding of public-private partnerships (PPPs), public debt financing, foreign exchange (FX) regulations, and cross-border transactions. Mina has been involved in almost all major PPP projects to date in Serbia. Mina regularly advises in structuring project and acquisition financing deals, adeptly managing regulatory compliance and licensing matters for institutions operating in the banking and financial sector in Serbia.

Mina’s experience covers a wide range of industry sectors including aviation, banking & finance, fintech, real estate, infrastructure and communal services.
