Corina Stanciu is a Senior Associate in the Bucharest office focusing on real estate, construction and planning.

She has been advising real estate investors, developers and managers on all legal aspects of their business, covering the full range of asset classes: commercial/retail, office, industrial, logistics, residential, agriculture, renewable energy.

Corina's practice covers acquisition and sale of real estate via asset and share deals, forward purchases, distressed transactions, development matters including permitting, land registry and building contracts, lease agreements as well as claim management.

Her experience further includes advising clients with respect to various day-to-day real estate, construction, regulatory, corporate, and environmental matters.
