Balzhan Sultanova is an Associate in the Almaty office. She advises domestic and international clients on cross‑border M&A, financing, and capital markets transactions.

Her experience spans equity and debt capital markets matters—including IPOs and Eurobond offerings—as well as private M&A transactions and general corporate law advice under Kazakhstan and AIFC laws.
