Olena Tsygulska is an Associate in the Kyiv office and a member of the Competition & State Aid team.

Olena has advised on a range of competition law issues and represented clients before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) on matters including merger controls, antitrust, and misconduct investigations. She has significant experience in managing projects related to competition law issues, carrying out legal research, drafting legal memos/opinions, submissions to the AMCU, conducting legal due diligences in relation to competition and antitrust issues.
