Johannes Varga is a Senior Associate in the Vienna office. He focuses on M&A, Corporate and Private Equity. 

Johannes has extensive experience advising on high-profile M&A transactions, private equity, joint ventures, venture / growth capital investments, corporate reorganisations and shareholder arrangements. Furthermore, Johannes has gained experience in insolvency law and restructuring matters.

RECENT ENGAGEMENTS INCLUDE ADVISING

M&A

• AUTOLIFT shareholders on the partnership with Hamburg-based private equity investor Capcellence Mittelstandspartner covering advice on the sale of a majority stake in AUTOLIFT and on the reinvestment structure (roll-over)
• RIVEAN CAPITAL and GREEN MOBILITY HOLDING on the acquisition of Pinoma group, a leading technology-based (e-)bike leasing group, also offering insurance solutions to its customers*
• TRILL IMPACT on the acquisition of Komet Austria, an innovative producer of pivot irrigation systems*
• LINDE VERLAG, an Austrian publisher,  on the establishment of a joint venture with Venionaire Capital, with the aim to develop new innovative digital business models and expanding LINDE’s digital expertise*
