Cosmin Vasilescu is a Senior Associate in the Bucharest office. He focuses mainly on corporate and M&A, with his knowledge and practice also extending to banking, finance and capital markets.

Cosmin assisted local and international companies on acquisitions, restructurings or day-to-day corporate matters, having been involved in large due diligence processes in relation to both share deals and asset deals across a wide range of sectors including automotive, financial institutions, industrials, energy and natural resources or technology.

He has also gained years of experience in the banking and finance area where he advised financial institutions on complex cross-border finance transactions, related agreements or security packages, as well as in financial regulatory having assisted multiple credit institutions and non-banking financial institutions on related matters.

• A LARGE RETAIL FOOTWEAR COMPANY IN CEE WITH PRESENCE IN MORE THAN 50 COUNTRIES on a day-to-day basis and all corporate matters advice in Romania, as well as on handling the corporate structure of the web of local subsidiaries in a number of jurisdictions involved
