Katarina Živković is a Managing Associate in the Belgrade office. She has significant dispute resolution experience.  

Katarina represents multinational and domestic companies in various dispute claims and complex arbitration proceedings, focusing on construction matters, commercial litigation, and debt recovery. 

Additionally, Katarina advises leading domestic and international companies on GDPR and local DPA regulations. As a Certified Personal Data Protection Manager and 2022 Client Choice Award winner for Data Privacy & Protection in Serbia, she is a true market leader in this area. Katarina supports clients during their collection, processing, export, data transfer approval procedures, DPO services, compliance with regulatory requirements, and preparation of policies as well as provides representation before the local regulatory authority.
