February 2023 – Kinstellar is delighted to announce the promotion to Managing Associate of Martin Holub and Václav Kment, and the promotion to Senior Associate of Tereza Mašková, Matěj Večeřa and Jakub Šťastný in our Prague office.
With these promotions the firm acknowledges their dedication, teamwork, consistent high level of client service, legal knowledge and transactional expertise.
Martin Holub focuses on real estate, in particular real estate transactions and commercial lease agreements. Assisting clients in drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various agreements, such as share purchase, lease for office premises, development management, construction, and other real-estate related documents.
Václav Kment is a member of the Banking & Finance practice team, focusing primarily on bank financing, insolvency and corporate law. He advises domestic and international clients both borrowers and financial institutions on their financial transactions in Czech Republic.
Tereza Mašková is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group with a primary focus on employment and data protection. Regularly provides client advice in relation to internal restructuring, adopting reorganizational changes, redundancies, the revision of employment-related internal policies and other day-to-day matters concerning employer-employee relationships from both employment and data protection law perspectives.
Matěj Večeřa's practice focuses on M&A, corporate and private equity, and competition matters. He has extensive experience in acquisitions and general corporate and corporate governance advice. His experience includes advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, public company transactions, corporate governance issues, joint ventures, divestitures and other strategic investments.
Jakub Šťastný is a member of the Banking & Finance and TMT service lines, focusing on project and real estate finance, fintech, financial services regulation and capital markets. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge and understanding of the finance industry, he is able to provide clients with insightful and innovative solutions and help them navigate the complex regulatory environment. Clients particularly value Jakub's attention to detail and understanding of their business needs.
