May 2023 – The Council of Europe announced the establishment of the Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine through an Enlarged Partial Agreement dated 12 May 2023. The Register is signed by 43 member states of the Council of Europe and representatives of the European Union, the USA, Canada, and Japan.
