October 2023 – Kinstellar has advised Total Specific Solutions (TSS), an international Vertical Market Software group, on its entry in the Bulgarian market by the acquisition of AS Systems Ltd., a Bulgarian software company with ERP solutions for medium and large manufacturing and trading companies and pharmacies / pharmacy associations.
The acquisition helps TSS strengthen its foothold in the CEE region, especially in the healthcare sector. As a global provider of IT business solutions, TSS consists of independent business units that deliver products and services to their specific vertical market segments.
AS Systems Ltd. has two main product lines: Atlas, a modular ERP solution for managing business processes in a manufacturing or trading company, and PharmaStar and PharmaCloud, modern software solutions helping both stand-alone pharmacies and pharmaceutical groups/chains manage, optimize and automate their business processes and supplier/customer relations.
