The new additions bolster the local team’s offering in the real estate, banking & finance, and competition practices, addressing the increasing demand for specialized legal expertise in Romania.

Denisa Constantin joined the real estate team as Associate. She has a proven track record of working on landmark transactions involving office, industrial, and agricultural assets, as well as renewable energy projects. Denisa has advised developers on due diligence, transaction documents, permitting, lease agreements, and superficies agreements, among others.

Sandra Gheorghe joins as a Senior Associate primarily focusing on real estate. She has extensive experience in transactions across various asset classes, including office, retail, agriculture, and logistics. Her expertise includes due diligence, drafting and negotiating sale purchase and lease agreements, as well as assistance on post-closing matters. She also advised on construction agreements.

Alexandra Sofineti joins our banking and finance team as an Associate. With significant experience in financial transactions, particularly real estate and project financings, Alexandra advised both lenders and borrowers on cross-border and local mandates, including syndicated and bilateral financings. Her role involved drafting, reviewing, and negotiating security documents and related agreements.

Horatiu Cretu joins as a Junior Associate focusing on banking, finance and capital markets. Prior to joining Kinstellar, Horatiu served as legal adviser for a non-bank financial institution, gaining experience in commercial and civil law matters as well.

Cristina Costin joins our competition team as a Junior Associate. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in international arbitration. During her internships, Cristina was involved in drafting documentation, due diligence reports, and interacting with various authorities.
