February 2016 - Diana Dimova, M&A and Corporate partner and leading our Sofia office, spoke at the IBA’s 4th European Corporate and Private M&A Conference which took place in Paris on 11 and 12 February 2016. Diana was invited to speak on the panel, which tackled the material adverse change (MAC) clauses in European private M&A deals. Diana focused on the seller’s reaction to MACs and the ways to successfully address these clauses in negotiations. Her co-panelists were partners from Travers Smith LLP (UK), Garrigues (Spain) and Homburger (Switzerland).
