January 2026 – Kinstellar is pleased to announce that Benedikt Sprinzl has joined our Vienna office as a Partner in the local Employment & Labour Law service line. His appointment reinforces our commitment to building a high-calibre, full-service offering in Austria and further strengthens our capabilities in one of the region’s most dynamic and rapidly evolving practice areas.
Benedikt advises national and international clients on the entire spectrum of individual and collective labour law issues, including management and employee incentive schemes. His work includes advising on all aspects of employment contracts, managing individual as well as large-scale termination processes, and navigating negotiations with works councils. He has significant experience in the employment and pensions-related aspects of complex M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, including carve-outs, and he supports clients in internal investigations, compliance-driven employment matters and the design of company pension schemes. Benedikt also regularly represents clients in employment litigation.
Benedikt joins Kinstellar from the Vienna office of a ‘‘Magic Circle’’ law firm.
We are delighted to welcome Benedikt to our Vienna office. His arrival adds depth and leadership to our regional Employment practice and supports the continued strategic development of our offering in the Austrian market. Benedikt’s strong experience, professional background, practical mindset and understanding of the evolving world of work will bring significant value to our clients across multiple sectors.
