June 2017 – The IBA Anti-Corruption Committee's Drivers of Corruption Subcommittee has issued a new report named "Innovation in Enforcement and Compliance". We are proud to have contributed to the "Challenges in internal investigations" chapter.
The report explores seven key areas at the centre of a debate and possible reform in 2017: structured settlements; corporate criminal liability; corruption and human rights; whistleblowing; internal investigations; collective action; and corporate compliance and behavioral regulation.
