Laurenz Liedermann is a Partner in our Vienna office and the head of the local Banking & Finance service line.

Laurenz’s practice spans the full range of banking and finance matters, with particular emphasis on acquisition finance, corporate lending, real estate finance, portfolio transactions and restructuring. Alongside his transactional work, he is well-known for his expertise in legal-tech and digital workflow solutions, which he applies to improve transparency, reduce risk and optimise the execution of complex mandates.

BANKING & FINANCE

• WIENERBERGER on the conclusion of a new revolving credit facility agreement in the amount of EUR 750 million
• A BUYER CONSORTIUM consisting of Baustoff + Metall, RPR Privatstiftung, and Stefan Schönauer on the acquisition and refinancing of the Althan Quartier in Vienna’s 9th district
• BONDHOLDERS on the issuance of a bond by the Boels Group in the amount of EUR 400 million
• TATRA BANKA on the financing of Tatry Mountain Resorts in the amount of EUR 180 million
• A LENDER on the financing of a railway company secured by rail cars used in cross-border traffic
